St Winnefrides Phase Three
St Winefrides Phase three is a development of luxury apartments by Portabella Ltd in the heart of Pontcanna, Cardiff. The original master plan / concept was developed by our friends at Rio Architects. RWA were commissioned to develop the detailed design of Phase Three. This Phase involved the careful restoration of the original Art Deco Hospital building and a substantial Victorian residence, along with two new build wings.
