Richard Whitaker Architects was established in 2002 and became a limited company in 2010.
The practice was conceived with a mandate for delivering quality services with a personal touch. We believe that in order to deliver good design solutions, architects need flair, a sound technical knowledge and an appreciation of construction costs. We aim to provide well designed, cost effective solutions that fulfil clients’ requirements.
Our design philosophy strives to interact with the client during the development of the design in order to clearly understand the objectives and aspirations. Once these parameters are identified, design ideas are developed with continuing consultation with the client until solutions are finally established.
In our studio we make extensive use of CAD technologies both during the initial design process and in the later stages of drawing and document production. 3D CAD models and images can be produced if required.
